Drug Uses

Missed Dose
If a patient is taking Coumadin tablets in the morning or in the afternoon, the missed dose can be taken throughout the day. If you have missed one or more doses of Coumadin, the next daily dose of the oral anticoagulant should be taken as scheduled.
More Information
